Lingyi Li is a multidisciplinary artist based in New York City whose work explores the intersection of queer and Asian identity with technology and emotional expression. Through digital tools and immersive environments, he creates experiences that blur the boundaries between physical and digital spaces, invoking the tension between desire and suppression.

With a BFA from the School of Visual Arts and graduate studies at NYU’s Interactive Telecommunications Program (ITP), Lingyi uses game engines, CGI, and interactive systems to craft psychologically charged narratives, where hidden passions are brought to the surface and physical needs are unleashed. His work is a dynamic exploration of identity, challenging viewers to confront the emotional and psychological states that shape their experiences of the world.
